摘要(Abstract):
肿瘤的发生是多因素、多机制参与的结果,涉及到一系列信号传导分子的改变。其中丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号传导通路与肿瘤的发生密切相关。MAPK信号传导通路是复杂的网络系统,在细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移以及血管形成的过程中发挥着重要的作用。
