乳腺癌四肢长骨转移并发病理性骨折的手术治疗Surgical treatment for pathological fracture of long bone due to breast cancer metastasis

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨乳腺癌四肢长骨转移并发病理性骨折的手术治疗。方法回顾性分析37例乳腺癌四肢长骨转移并发病理性骨折,采用手术治疗后临床症状改善状况。结果 37例中,所有患者术后疼痛明显缓解,术后患者的VAS评分为(4.35±1.72)分,低于术前的(7.39±1.53)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.35,P<0.05)。37例患者肢体功能按Enneking评分[1]显示,优11例,良18例,中5例,差3例,优良率达78.4%。结论采用手术治疗乳腺癌四肢长骨转移并发骨折,可明显减轻患者的疼痛,提高其生活质量。
