摘要(Abstract)：

肺癌是人类最常见的癌症,以手术为主的综合治疗是最主要的治疗策略,但总体效果仍不佳,预后差。雌激素在人体正常生理和癌症发生中均起到重要作用,在肺癌领域的研究也日益深入。本文就近年来雌激素在肺癌中致癌机制的研究进展以及和肺癌的治疗、预后的关系作一综述。
