<正>在日本,由于胃癌预防及筛查体系的建立和完善,其早期胃癌的临床诊断已达50%～70%[1],而中国目前总体早期胃癌的诊断率仅为7.5%左右。近年来,随着健康知识的普及和胃镜及相关诊疗技术的进步,尤其是超声内镜、染色内镜及放大内镜等
