摘要(Abstract)：
<正>早期胃癌(early gastric carcinoma,EGC)是指肿瘤局限于黏膜或黏膜下层,无论是否存在淋巴结的转移。EGC的5年生存率达90%以上,但仍有少数患者术后复发转移。影响EGC预后的因素很多,目前公认淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤组织类型及分化程度是影响早期胃癌预后的重要困素,其中以
