神经阻滞镇痛在乳腺癌术后疼痛管理中的应用研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,且发病率和恶性率逐年增加。随着接受手术治疗的患者增多,相关的术后疼痛管理也应得到更多的关注。神经阻滞作为近几年常用术后镇痛方式,已经广泛应用于各科手术的术后疼痛管理当中。本文就近年神经阻滞应用于乳腺癌术后镇痛的进展作一综述。
