摘要(Abstract)：

<正>早期胃癌(early gastric cancer,EGC)这一概念最早由日本内镜学会1962年提出,定义为:癌肿位于黏膜及黏膜下未侵及肌层,无论有无淋巴结转移[1]。本世纪50-60年代将淋巴结D2清除术视为胃癌标准根治术,即使早期胃癌,淋巴结清除术亦不应小于D2术式。但数十年来,多数国家尤其是日本的大宗病例资料表明,胃黏膜内癌的淋巴结转移
