Castleman病继发系统性红斑狼疮1例报道及文献复习

摘要(Abstract)：
目的提高对Castleman病继发系统性红斑狼疮的临床特征、诊断和治疗的认识。方法报道1例少见的Castleman病继发系统性红斑狼疮病例,并进行相关文献复习。结果 1例16岁男性患者,4年前初发表现为淋巴结肿大、脱发、眼睑浮肿、面部红斑,病理诊断为Castleman病;3年后上述症状复发,并出现抗核抗体和抗双链DNA抗体水平升高,诊断为Castleman病继发系统性红斑狼疮。结论 Castleman病可继发出现系统性红斑狼疮,其发病可能与Castleman病导致的免疫异常有关。
