DNA损伤修复基因Mus81在肿瘤发生中的作用

摘要(Abstract)：
通过对DNA损伤修复基因Mus81的特殊结构、生物学特性与肿瘤发生关系的探讨,反映Mus81在保持染色体的稳定性和抑制肿瘤中重要的生物学作用,为提高放疗、化疗疗效和克服肿瘤耐药提供新的理论依据和治疗思路。现就哺乳动物Mus81在肿瘤发生中的相关作用机制作一综述。
