<正>1962年日本胃肠内镜学会确定了早期胃癌的定义:癌灶仅限于黏膜层或黏膜下层的胃癌,无论病灶大小及有无淋巴结转移[1-2]。顾名思义,早期胃癌定义如上主要由于早期胃癌的发展过程以及预后与进展期胃癌差别较大。目前,由于早期胃癌诊断
