乳腺大汗腺癌临床病理及预后分析(附2例报道及文献复习)Clinicopathologic features and prognosis of breast apocrine carcinoma(Two cases report)

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨乳腺大汗腺癌的临床病理特征、诊断及预后。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺大汗腺癌患者ER、AR和GCDFP-15的表达,同时复习国内外文献。结果乳腺大汗腺癌的临床表现如年龄分布、肿瘤部位以及肉眼形态和影像学特点与非大汗腺型乳腺癌无明显差别。乳腺大汗腺癌病理表现为肿瘤细胞具有大汗腺分化,免疫组织化学表现为较高的ER、PR阴性率和AR阳性。结论乳腺大汗腺癌是一种罕见的乳腺肿瘤,无特异性的临床特征,有特征性的病理改变,较好的预后。
